Platform Role
knowisly is a technology platform operated by Knowisly Technologies Private Limited. It helps users describe problems, discover relevant expertise, view expert services, arrange consultations, and manage bookings and payments. Unless expressly stated otherwise, experts are independent service providers responsible for their own services and professional conduct.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You may not create an account for unlawful purposes or impersonate another person.
Expert Verification
knowisly may verify identity, experience, credentials, interviews, or other information. “Verified” means that knowisly has completed the verification checks it describes; it is not a guarantee of qualifications, conduct, advice, or results.
Services & Advice
Experts are responsible for the content and quality of their consultations. knowisly does not guarantee a particular technical, business, financial, legal, medical, career, or other outcome. Regulated professional services should only be offered where the expert and knowisly are legally permitted to provide them.
Bookings
Booking details, price, duration, date, time, meeting method, and applicable cancellation terms are shown before confirmation. See the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for applicable rules. A booking is confirmed only after successful confirmation through the platform.
Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Users authorize the applicable charge shown at checkout. Any platform fees, expert fees, taxes, transaction status, receipts, and refunds are handled according to the checkout terms and published policies. Expert payouts are subject to the applicable service and payment arrangements.
Reviews & Communications
Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on a genuine interaction. You must not post misleading, abusive, unlawful, or confidential content. Platform messages may be used only for legitimate service communications and must respect the privacy and rights of other users.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with services, upload malicious material, violate another person’s rights, or use knowisly for unlawful activity.
Suspension & Termination
knowisly may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or service closure. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and may allow outstanding bookings to be completed, cancelled, or refunded under the published policies.
Intellectual Property
knowisly owns or licenses the platform, branding, software, and original site content. Expert and user content remains subject to the rights and permissions applicable to that content.
Disclaimers
knowisly is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, knowisly does not warrant uninterrupted operation or the accuracy or outcome of expert recommendations. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Grievance Redressal
Complaints should be submitted through the grievance mechanism at /grievance or by email at contact@knowisly.com.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels where required.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights remain unaffected.
